To strengthen our team and develop international sales, Be-Mobile is looking for a Country Sales Manager who is interested in working in a socially engaged environment and eager to market our revolutionizing traffic management solutions in France.


As a Country Sales Manager you are responsible to grow our account portfolio towards Governments (B2G) and Businesses (B2B) by mastering the complete sales cycle. You play a key role in commercial development of our full product and solutions portfolio, with main/strong/key focus on traffic management solutions for government and logistics industry in France. 



Your main responsibilities include:

 

  • Establish sustainable business growth for our full product portfolio and solutions portfolio, by winning new and developing existing customers both directly and through a partner channel.  These customers are typically cities, road operators, traffic consultants, production companies and logistics operators.
  • Manage the bid process for small and larger deals, together with our Sales Support, Sales Admin and Marketing colleagues in Belgium.
  • Feed the business plans drawn up by each BU director by giving input on market potential, commercial opportunities, competitor analysis, data content suppliers, etc.
  • Liaise with colleagues in B2C markets such as Automotive, Mobile Payment & Driver Companions.
  • Give input to our product managers for the commercial potential of new technical developments.
  • Coordinate local marketing activities and customize the promotional materials, events and mailings in close collaboration with HQ.
  • Participate in fairs and seminars to promote the solutions and services and improve our business results.

Your responsibilities require extensive travel. You will be based in our offices in France and report directly to our international sales director.


Requirements

 

The must-haves we are looking for are:       

  • A university or equivalent degree and 5 – 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics & transportation industry or public sector or public sector.
  • Fluent in French, English is a must to communicate with other teams and HQ
  • Affinity with solution selling, ICT, supply chain and traffic management
  • Eager to support the growth of a high-tech company with clear international ambitions
