Customer Solution Manager

Be-Mobile is a European market leader in smart mobility solutions, headquartered in Ghent. We develop and sell technological solutions for parking, fines, electronic toll collection, multi-modal route planning and electronic fare collection. We also offer advanced solutions to measure and manage the traffic flows to put travelers, cities, road authorities, parking operators and logistic companies in control over their mobility processes.

To strengthen our team, Be-Mobile is looking for a project manager to develop and manage our running projects in the area of Traffic Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be-Mobile takes the lead when it comes to technological developments in Smart Mobility Solutions. As a Project Manager, you deliver our technical solutions which might combining different key components.

Be-Mobile is looking for a Project Manager who will be in charge of:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of projects, from implementation to client activation and long-term success

• Drive customer onboarding and ensure successful activation of our solutions at client side

• Lead migrations of partners towards Be-Mobile solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the full lifecycle

• Translate client needs into concrete solutions, working closely with product and engineering teams

• Challenge requirements and actively contribute to improving our products and delivery approach

• Act as a first contact person for our clients and resolve operational issues together with our team

The must-haves we are looking for are:   

• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge requirements and propose better solutions

• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation or change management is a strong plus

• Comfortable in a highly client-facing role, managing multiple stakeholders

• Hands-on mindset with the ability to combine structure and flexibility in a fast-moving environment

• Higher degree and eagerness to learn

• Experience in delivering fixed price projects including P&L management

• Familiar with software application development and good technical insight

• Driven towards results, strong focus on project delivery but also a teamplayer, willing to share knowledge and experience

• Taking ownership and natural tendency towards continuous improvement

• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English

• Technical IT background is an asset
