Be-Mobile is a European market leader in smart mobility solutions, headquartered in Ghent. We develop and sell technological solutions for multimodal route planning and electronic toll collection. We also offer advanced solutions to measure and manage the traffic flows to put travelers, cities, road authorities, parking operators and logistic companies in control over their mobility processes. 


As a Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion into the German-speaking market. Your mission? To strategically approach this market using both direct and indirect channels. We’re all about leveraging value chains and fostering enabling communities. Your goal: connect with infrastructure operators, service providers, and fleet operators. Our focus areas include toll, parking, access, and traffic control center solutions. But that’s not all—you’ll also dive deep into analyzing Be-Mobile’s positioning within this market. Specifically, we’ll explore Traffic Management & Analytics, Fleet Management, and Geo Technology/C-ITS.


As a Sales Manager, you focus on:

  • Market Approach:
    • Develop a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy tailored for the German-speaking market.
    • Blend direct and indirect approaches to maximize our impact.
    • Leverage value chains to create lasting partnerships.
  • Connecting the Dots:
    • Increase the number of infrastructure operators connected to our solutions.
    • Expand our network of service providers who rely on our toll, parking, access, and traffic control center offerings.
    • Cultivate relationships with fleet operators, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions.
  • Market Positioning Analysis:
    • Dive into Be-Mobile’s positioning within the German-speaking market.
    • Evaluate our strengths and identify areas for improvement.

Job requirements

The must-haves we are looking for are:

  • A university degree
  • You bring a minimum of 7 years of successful sales experience to the table, preferably in the mobility sector
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Eager to support a high tech company with clear international growth ambitions
  • Ambitious and passionate about our business
  • Goal-oriented and pragmatic
  • Social and charismatic communicator
