Be-Mobile, headquartered in Ghent, pioneers in Smart Mobility Solutions on an international level. We offer advanced solutions to measure and manage traffic flows, helping travelers, cities, road authorities, parking operators and logistics companies take control of their mobility processes.

To strengthen our Projects & Operations team, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who is passionate about customer success and operational excellence. As a Service Delivery Manager, you play a key role in ensuring our customers get maximum value from our solutions. You act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery. You combine a strong customer focus with a structured and proactive approach, continuously improving how we deliver our services.

Responsibilities

Delivering excellent service to our customers

  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their organization, stakeholders and objectives

  • Ensure customers get the most out of our solutions by optimizing their usage

  • Act as the first point of contact for operational topics (incidents, changes, service requests, …)

  • Monitor service performance and ensure SLA agreements are met

  • Prepare and lead service delivery meetings with customers

  • Document issues, solutions and processes clearly

Collaborating across teams

  • Work closely with the Operational Account Manager on customer follow-up, incidents and growth opportunities

  • Align with engineering teams on bug fixes, releases and change requests

  • Share customer feedback with product teams to improve our solutions

  • Identify upsell opportunities and communicate them internally

Driving continuous improvement

  • Identify improvements in processes, tools and ways of working

  • Contribute to building documentation, templates and knowledge sharing

  • Support a culture of learning through retrospectives and feedback

  • Help strengthen our service delivery capabilities across the organization

Job requirements

  • You have experience in a customer-facing or service delivery role (e.g. Service Delivery Manager, Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, …)

  • You are structured, analytical and able to manage multiple stakeholders

  • You have a strong customer-first mindset and focus on delivering value

  • You take ownership and proactively look for improvements

  • You communicate clearly and confidently with both customers and internal teams

  • You are stress-resistant and flexible in a dynamic environment

  • You are fluent in Dutch & English
